You want a divorce, but are you worried that you’ll get fleeced by your ex-husband?

I have a program that will put you in the driver’s seat, preserve your wealth and prepare you for a fabulous life after the split. Get started on the right foot and let me help you to financially plan and emotionally prepare before you tell your spouse.

Why Me?

I’ve been through two divorces. My first divorce cost me £4,500 and I paid £270k in solicitor fees for my second. There are so many things that I learnt throughout the divorce and court process that I wish I’d known before I started. I felt completely alone and had to make decisions, often at short notice, without having awareness of the consequences and finality of those decisions. Something about the behaviour of ex-husband.

Years later came a different kind of pain, divorce, a legal process that is a rollercoaster of emotions where she had to deal with overbearing solicitors and a narcissist ex-husband who tore her from her two children. Depressed since she was a teenager and driven to suicidal thoughts by a string of wrong choices and misinformation, Jas turned a long-life passion for books into a career in writing, sharing her life stories. If you want to make sure that you don’t get fleeced during your divorce from your ex-husband, then let me help and guide you to financially plan and emotionally prepare before you even tell your spouse.

Testimonials

“I was worried and stressed before I met Jas and although I’m still worried and stressed, it’s not every day and I now feel more in control and less scared. At least I now know what to expect at every stage of my divorce.”

“The information that I was able to learn from Jas about the court process was invaluable, she told me things that my solicitor never have told me so I was so much better prepared.”

“Jas saved me from making a huge costly mistake. She warned me about the behaviours and tactics that my ex-husband might use and when he did, I was already prepared mentally. I’m so glad I found Jas when I did.”

“Jas tells it how it really is. She gave me a realistic view of what to expect in terms of settlement and what I should and could aim for in financial negotiations.”

FAQs

Q: How do you deliver the course?

A: Each module is a series of videos which are 30-45 minutes long and because they are pre-recorded you can watch at your own pace and discretion.

Q: I’m going to use a solicitor so they’ll handle everything, won’t they?

A: You can still use a solicitor, but you’ll save thousands of pounds because you know what the process is and won’t just be led blindly by decisions and choices your solicitor makes about how to proceed with your case. You can have more control, more say and save money because you understand the process.

Q: I’m going to use a solicitor so why would I pay you?

A: The average hourly rate of a solicitor, outside of London rates start at £296 plus VAT which means that you’ll pay in excess of £355 per hour. Your solicitor isn’t going to tell you about the process upfront and instead you’ll have to go through it one step at a time raking up the cost of the legal process, without knowing what the next step will be or could be and unless your solicitor has been through a divorce, they’ll never understand what you’re feeling and going through.

Q: I can’t afford it. I have my own expenses.

A: You’ll have even less money after the divorce because you didn’t know what’s coming or what you were doing. What a lot of women don’t realise is that unless they get a good divorce settlement they won’t be able to pay for those expenses after the divorce.

Q: Don’t judges just split everything 50/50 anyway?

A: No, they don’t. There’s an intricate table of expenses plus the law which all judges must adhere to when deciding who gets what. You’ll have a better chance at securing a good financial settlement if you understand what judge’s consider when deciding how to split assets.

Q: Do you offer a payment plan?

A: Yes. I offer a 3 month payment plan which works out at just £182 per month. You can select this plan on the order form. You can choose between a one–off payment of £497 or 3 monthly payments of £182.

Q: What about if my ex-husband checks my bank statements and finds out that I purchased your course?

A: I have named the course Financial Confidence and that is how it will appear on bank statements and online transactions.

Q: Do you offer a refund?

A: No problem! I offer a full refund within the first three weeks of purchase so you can buy with complete confidence. All I ask if that you let me know the reason you want a refund.
